Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund (if applicable)

  • Refund will be given on Damaged or Wrong Products Only.
  • Complaints must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • To get the refund approved, please send us an image of the defected item you received.
  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. 
  • Do not send your purchase back without contacting us. Packages sent back without contacting us won't be eligible for refunds.

Replacement (if applicable)

  • Replacement will be given on Damage or Wrong Products Only.
  • Complaints must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • To get the replacement approved, please send us an image of the defected item you received.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the same and the said item will be exchanged with a fresh new piece within 7 working days.


Return Order after delivery :

  • In case of the product does not meet your requirements or expectations but does not involve any error on our part, you may still choose to raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery, which is not Used or Damaged in any way.
  • Once your return is received, the quality will be checked and then the refund will be issued after DEDUCTING SHIPPING FEES(@Rs.100/-) + Re-Stocking FEE (@ 25% of Order Value), providing us time of 2-3 working days.

Cancel Order after dispatch :

  • In case of the order is dispatched, you may choose to cancel the order. The refund for the same will be issued after DEDUCTING SHIPPING FEES (@Rs.100/-) + Re-Stocking FEE (@ 10% of Order Value.)

Cancel Order before dispatch :

  • In case of the order is not dispatched yet, you may choose to cancel the order. The refund for the same will be issued after DEDUCTING TRANSACTION CHARGES (@ 7% of Order Value.)

We advise you not accept any order if the seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted for refund/replacement.

Please note: For Cash On Delivery orders, Open Delivery is not allowed - you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
