SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will be delivered to your doorstep within 4 to 7 business days.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days(which is rare). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking link.

• Due to People misusing the Cash On Delivery method as not ordering products with the right intention and then not accepting the delivery package when it reaches their doorstep, we have heavy-heartedly decided to impose a delivery/shipping charge on the COD method.
• But yes the shipping is still free for those who do online payments and place their orders faithfully, we LOVE YOU.
